- haha was looking thru huimin's pix and decided to post the ones i really like. :p

before we left. still looked so happy. haha. with no idea at all what was in store for us...
after we arrived... this is at the temple we went to on the 1st day (re: the one with nine stories.) haha we were looking at the ppl on the top floor cos we'd scurried down. then sneaky huimin took a pic of us from the side. haha.
this is the puppet charmaine made and we embellished :p CRAZY JOJO! we destroyed a glove in the process, but art cannot be neglected. haha. nana even went to put 1269 on the shirt. aiyah. sneaky man!!
the infamous procession march! on the day that we had the sports carnival... terence looked so hangdog carrying the portrait of the king! then we were like, "die ni si de tai zao le..." (you died too early, dad) really very funny.
the VERY CUTE girl is kao hom... surrounded by the much abused dogs. haiz. they are really very pitiful... the dogs, i mean. but they're all very unfairly cute.
LOOK i ate one of those! haha. it wasn't really very bad. it looks worse than it actually is. :p
our last day at the monastery where we were teaching... a real eye-opening experience indeed. nv knew monks were like that. make your own inferences as to why i said that.
this is what we do in our pastime. what makes this picture a picture worth taking is that it's our teacher in charge who's playing. haha.

these teak trees sprout out of the countryside like... actually no analogy available to sufficiently describe the beauty of these. they're conserved by the law so no one can cut them down, so as a result they grow to tremendous height. really awe inspiring.
while walking, we just stopped to take this. better than the guys, who were looking for various kinds of sticks and switches. lol. SMers.... really loh! terence especially.
on the way up to loei. we spent the 2.5 hour journey crammed into the back of the pickup, but it's really fun. the company was excellent and except for the numb legs at the end of it all, i wldnt mind doing it all again :D
that's abt all i'm gonna post now. haha. lazy to go do the rest too. when nus uploads her photos -ahem- i'll go kop some more :p
