mmm on Chinese song phase now. Mainstream, not so mainstream, whatever I see that appeals to me on the streaming site gets a listen (no puns intended in this sentence -evil grin-)

Sigh, everyone's flying off already. Sent Fran off yesterday. Safe flight and keep safe trekking Fran.

'Nother week of no-tutorials before application of nose to painful sharpening apparatus so we should TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! We've been assiduously exploring NUS's offerings of bounteous food :p

    So far the list stands:

    FASS - Deck
    BizAd - Terrace
    Engine - Techno Edge
YIH - Central Canteen (or whatever it's called, I forget), Munchie Monkey, Subway (squee), Genki Sushi
    NUH - Food Enclave
Science - forgot what name also :p
    CL - Gecko Cafe

Are there any more delicacies hiding in NUS to try? Oh yea, Engine hides Macs inside. I saw it.

Pity there're such conflicting opinions on quality of food. It just makes me want to try em for myself. Hurhur. Fortunately, the daunting heights to which you have to trek to obtain ambrosia is a deterrent to constant hand-to-mouth eating, most literally. How could we have thought NJ had many stairs?!!!? NUS has stairs, hills, slopes, potholes. Apparently outside YIH the bus tends to slip down the slope and someone has incurred a broken ankle before. Henceforth we walked there :p

I've also realised there're strategic points to sit in lecture. Ergo, the seats near the power points. (Makes me want to crack lame puns about the powerpoint no one wants to sit near. Geddit, geddit? :p)

Sitting near the power points gives you unlimited power. For the laptop -grin- allowing one to -cough- type notes since the Stats notes are liberally beflowered and be-hearted.

The Computer Centre is vairy deceiving! It looks so run down and all from outside but is actually fitted up with nice stuff inside. Had to lug laptop there to configure the wireless accesss -.-

Long story short, I fixed it. Woot. Now the weekend's here, for unlimited mudding. Like Yi Hui says, no controls! Woohoo!
